Business Development Executive in Disruptive Technologies and Commercialization
Based in California, Scott has 30 years specializing in founding and launching companies with IP and disruptive technology value propositions. His roles in launching and commercializing new entities included business development and IP strategies, revenue models, market penetration, product development, strategic partnerships, fundraising, marketing and branding.
Scott’s experience is based in operations, manufacturing and product distinction for OEM products developing new products strategies and processes. His technologies have enabled new global products and market expansion strategies for his partners by improving product offering, supply chain and inventory challenges.
Scott is a UC Davis graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics.

Kurt Knackstedt, Strategic Advisor, Commercial and Compliance

A highly skilled executive leader and entrepreneur, Kurt has over 20 years of technology, marketing, business development, strategic, and commercial management experience with both start-ups and global blue-chip companies including American Express and mining giant Rio Tinto. Kurt’s expertise spans B2B technologies, services and solutions, and he has a passion for driving change by thoughtfully blending existing capabilities with next generation thinking.
In recent years, Kurt’s focus has been oriented towards the B2B payments industry, having launched and successfully exited Troovo Technologies, a robotic software automation for B2B payments. Following Troovo Kurt was appointed CEO of HRS Pay, part of Cologne-based HRS Group. As CEO of HRS Pay, Kurt’s focus was driving the commercialisation, globalisation and sales expansion of HRS payment capabilities to corporations and financial services partners worldwide.
Kurt is based in Sydney, Australia and is a dual citizen of the USA and Australia.

David brings over 25 years of senior financial and executive leadership to DynGo Pay. David has worked as CFO and COO in enterprise software, tech enabled manufacturing and financial services. David is licensed as an attorney in California and has a Masters in Taxation. He has raised debt and equity capital, help grow businesses, developed and implemented systems, and sold and integrated companies.

- Invented (Patent US10,528,895) system for automation of virtual credit cards (single-use credit cards) for travel and B2B payments workflows. Technology led to direct licensing and commercial partnership agreements with leading card companies, including Mastercard, and with premier travel companies, ncluding Amadeus, Flight Centre and Webjet.
- Transformed the core system product for Troovo Technologies from bespoke on-premise codebase into cloud-based, modular, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Winner of the Web in Travel (Singapore) “Start-up of the Year” and Business Travel News (New York) “Innovator of the Year” awards.
Matt Dingess, Senior Product Advisor
B2B eCommerce solutions, digital wallets and payment solutions
A Californian based in Sydney, Australia, Matt got his start in payments with Bay Area FX start up, Commonwealth Foreign Exchange, Inc. Starting as a Junior Account Executive in B2B sales, Matt progressed to Senior Account Executive and Institutional Portfolio Manager. A five-year stint with HSBC Bank Card Services in Monterey, CA, gave Matt his introduction to the world of credit and debit cards.
In 2011, Matt joined Visa, Inc., and gained invaluable experience in payment processing and digital wallets and was then transferred to Sydney, Australia, to help launch Visa’s new digital wallet product Visa Checkout in Asia Pacific markets.
While at Visa Australia, Matt designed go-to-market strategies and executed the successful implementation of Apple Pay/Google Pay, scheme tokenization and contactless on transit. Matt graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and an MBA from San Francisco State University. Matt speaks fluent Japanese and is an avid baseball player in masters leagues in Australia.
