How does DynGo Pay work?
DGP allows you to pay any non-card accepting vendor with your credit card. First, you pay the invoice with your credit card to DynGo Pay, and once funds are received, DynGo Pay pays your vendor with a wire transfer (ACH). The entire process takes 3-5 days.
What business expenses can I pay with DynGo Pay?
You can use your credit card to pay any invoice to businesses that do not accept cards today. As example, you can pay utility bills, vendors, contractors, legal expenses, rent and more.
Can I make international business payments?
Not at this moment. However, we are working on enabling international payments by credit card where your vendor will receive an incoming payment in their local currency for the full amount of the bill/invoice. Check back with us periodically.
What do my suppliers see when I make a payment?
When your vendors receive a domestic payment via ACH deposit from DynGo Pay on your behalf, your company's name along with DynGoPay will appear on their bank statement to assist with reconciliation. Your invoice or reference number will also be included. You also have the option to notify your vendors/suppliers via email once the payment has been processed by DynGo Pay.

What do I see on my card statement when I make a DynGo Pay payment?
When paying vendors using DynGo Pay, credit card statements will display the name of the vendor you've paid along with DynGoPay. This will help to reconcile your expenses. You will also have access to Transaction History within your DynGo Pay account within your online banking service.

Can I use DynGo Pay to pay my supplier with a check?
Not at this moment.
How do I track an ACH payment?
When the ACH payment through DynGo Pay is completed, the transaction receives a NACHA (National Automated Clearinghouse Association) trace number. This 15-digit confirmation number is provided by the receiving bank and identifies and confirms that payment. You can provide the NACHA trace number to your vendor as proof of payment. Both payers and vendors can use the trace number to track and find the payment. The vendor can provide the NACHA trace number to their receiving bank in order to locate the incoming payment.
Is there a fee to use DynGo Pay services?
The only fee you pay is a 2.95% service fee per transaction. There are no monthly fees associated with DynGo Pay.
Can a payment be cancelled?
A payment can be cancelled within 24 hours of initiating the original transaction. Click on the "Cancel Payment" button next to the transaction that you want to cancel. If the button is deactivated, this means that the 24 hour grace period has expired.
Can a payment be reversed?
A payment can be reversed after you have cancelled the payment within the 24 hour window. Once payment has been successfully cancelled, contact the DynGo Pay Support Team and request a reversal.
What cards can I use on DynGo Pay?
DynGo Pay accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards issued in the United States for domestic payments.
Are there any restrictions?
DynGo Pay cannot be used to pay yourself (subsidiary or related business entity) via a credit card. There are specified industries and business segments that are prohibited by Visa. DynGo Pay reserves the right to update the list of banned industries at any time. If you are uncertain about your payment, please contact the DynGo Pay Customer Support team.
Can I pay a supplier invoice using DynGo Pay with a check or wire transfer?
DynGo Pay only accepts credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Is DynGo Pay owned by my bank?
DynGo Pay is a third-party fintech partnering with your bank to provide B2B payment services, specifically card payments to non-card accepting suppliers.
Can DynGo Pay make a same-day or next-day payment?
DynGo Pay does not process accelerated payments.
Will I generate reward points on my DynGo Pay purchase?
If your card is eligible for reward points, then yes, you will earn points on DynGo Pay transactions.
